Humaid Al Dhaheri
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri is the Group Chief Executive Officer of ADNEC Group.
He has contributed to strengthening ADNEC Group’s position in the business sector locally and internationally, enabling the company to become a key player in supporting Abu Dhabi’s economy, alongside enhancing the group’s businesses and innovative competitiveness.
He is the Chairman of ExCeL London. He is also a board member of Abu Dhabi Airports Company.
Humaid holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and National Security Studies from the National Defense College in Abu Dhabi, a Master’s degree in International Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Glasgow in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University.
Muzafar El Ariss
Muzafar El Ariss is a seasoned executive with 30 years of combined experience in catering, private equity, and corporate banking across the Middle East. Prior to joining ADNEC Group as CEO of Capital Catering, the F&B vertical of the Group, he served as CEO of Royal Catering Services. El Ariss led the merger and integration of both entities, creating one of the largest catering and support services companies in the UAE. Before taking on leadership roles in the catering industry, El Ariss was Senior Vice President at Gulf Capital in Abu Dhabi, where he led private equity investments across the GCC. El Ariss holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in Finance & Control from Harvard University, and a bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in Economics from Boston College.
