We operate two specialised Emirati kitchens at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and ADNEC Centre Al Ain, offering authentic traditional cuisine. Signature dishes include Harees, the beloved Emirati specialty that was recognised in December 2023 on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
We also proudly employ specialised Emirati chefs, including ICCA certified chefs Saeed Almehairi and Myasar Ahmed Alsayyed, and provide catering for more than 500 local weddings each year, bringing authentic flavours and cultural traditions to every celebration.
