Capital Catering, a member of the ADNEC Group, was established following the landmark acquisition of Etihad Airport Services Catering by the ADNEC Group.
Today, we are a leading integrated catering solutions provider, powered by a skilled international team and enriched by exceptional local talent. We deliver diverse, scalable, and expert catering solutions across the UAE, region, and globe, while proudly preserving Emirati heritage and traditions.
At Capital Catering+ Services, we offer one of the largest food production facilities in Abu Dhabi. Our 28,000 sqm facility offers vast dry and temperature-controlled storage, with a fleet of over 150 chilled trucks and light vehicles.

Al Ain Operations launches specialised wedding services and successfully delivers World Skills Abu Dhabi, with 100,000 meals per day.

Drives growth in the external sector by delivering tailored solutions for business, industry, and government clients.

Branches out in the healthcare sector, supporting field hospitals during the pandemic with peak production of 80,000 meals per day.

Acquisition of Etihad Catering (EASC), and rebranded as Capital Catering+ Services.
